Brilliant service 🙂 I had a fault with my very reliable PAX Mini Vape. After contacting the great TBS team I was sent a postage label so I could return my vape for testing at no cost to me. I was updated on the status of my return and once testing was completed. My PAX had a little fault but the wonderful team at TBS arranged to send a new replacement vape. So excited, my new PAX arrived safe & sound and I have been a mellow happy girl ever since. Thanks again TBS for the great customer service, communication & support.
